As a learning and development specialist my latest experience was in the development of learning strategies and the harmonization of L&D tools, best practices, and new of ways of learning across a large organizational function. Other areas of specialization from this and previous roles include system design, functionality testing, and change management (ADKAR) including stakeholder analysis, communication strategy and training. Passionate about how technology can enhance professional development and organizational effectiveness, my near-term goal is to gain more experience in innovative learning technologies and approaches such as Augmented/Virtual Reality, Blended Learning, Gamification, AI integration, and UX. The link between these areas and social, cognitive and work psychology is central to my interests in organizational learning (development), technology-driven HR projects, human factors, and cognitive ergonomics. Outside of L&D, I'm particularly interested gaining more experience in organizational / change management, people analytics, and the future of work.
