Chris' core research coverage includes the evolution of telco monetization, customer experience, orchestration, and assurance capabilities. Telcos are at a crossroads, double down as utility providers or become digital service power houses. Both strategies demand communication service providers fundamentally transform their IT capabilities to enable customer first experiences, autonomous operations, and the capacity to innovate monetization models at scale.

A role combining Vice-Presidential and Secretarial duties. Chiefly in charge of communications to the Undergraduate community of the college. Also responsible for convening governance and finance meetings, and running elections and interview panels for various college positions.
I was the Events Co-ordinator for the University Summer Presessional Programme based at Josephine Butler College over the Summer of 2016. I organised and managed the social events calendar for the programme, including 4 formal dinners and an end of Programme Ball with a budget of £12,500, as well as Friday night social events like Karaoke and Salsa Dancing.
