As a Site Manager, I am responsible for overseeing multiple projects and teams at once. I ensure that projects are completed on time and to the specifications given. I also manage crews day to day. • Review project details to ensure that proper materials, tools, and equipment are available • Train and manage a team of 3-5 laborers per project • Follow specifications for each project • Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times • Manage relationships with clients, city engineers and vendors on each project
