Brought onboard as a contract Senior Project Manager to implement a strategic program (new product) within a newly established portfolio. The new product when implemented is estimated to help grow revenue from less than $10m to over $100m. Position is a leadership role, but more influencer than previous PM roles have been. Role is to build the team, set a working rhythm and maintain a high consistent level of communication. The team works in agile methodology for engineering, but also utilized components of waterfall as well as vendors.
