Lead two invite-only Executive Circles (AI in Operations & AI in Communication), bringing together 12 industry leaders and convening twice per year to share best practices, pressure-test initiatives, and accelerate implementation. Own our Executive Services offering—preparing and delivering keynotes, workshops, and C-level sparring to support decision-making, alignment, and execution. Work closely with our subsidiaries to translate customer needs into scalable offers—aligning positioning, delivery approach, and go-to-market priorities. Build and grow senior stakeholder relationships across markets—turning conversations into concrete engagements and long-term partnerships.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, I oversee the CRM implementation of HubSpot across two subsidiary companies, driving system integration to improve customer relationship management and operational efficiency. I manage the end-to-end CRM process, ensuring it supports business growth and enhances customer engagement. In addition, I lead digital marketing initiatives on LinkedIn and our website, increasing the company’s global visibility. I work closely with international stakeholders to ensure our marketing strategy aligns with business objectives and delivers impactful results.
During my internship I worked closely with the manufacturing and electrical teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. I took the lead on a project to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) bot, which successfully reduced a 12-hour process to 8 hours. I personally built the AI solution and collaborated with key stakeholders to design it for future integration into the workflow. My focus was on accelerating production processes and introducing innovative technologies to optimize performance. I'm incredibly grateful to Focke for the opportunity to be part of their team and contribute to such impactful projects.
As working student in the IT Demand and Rollout Management team at VW Group Retail Deutschland, I was responsible for overseeing the change management process in line with ITIL standards. I led customer meetings to gather requirements, evaluated business needs, and prioritized IT changes to ensure successful implementations that aligned with company goals. In this role, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth rollout of IT solutions, improving system functionality and user experience. My ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility helped drive key improvements in the company's IT infrastructure.
During my internship, I played a key role in developing an app to support inventory management in retail stores. Together with the team, we analyzed existing processes and successfully digitalized the entire inventory workflow. As a result of the app's implementation, the efficiency of the inventory process was significantly improved. What previously required four people and three days now only takes two people and one day to complete. This optimization not only saved resources but also increased the accuracy of the process across the stores.
In my role as Project Manager, I oversaw various projects for small and large construction sites, managing them from start to finish over weeks and months. I maintained key relationships with customers, strategic suppliers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution and successful collaboration. I also took charge of training, and mentoring new team members while optimizing workflows to improve efficiency. Additionally, I was responsible for handling project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and keeping projects on track financially.
