Southgate were struggling with their stock control and their production processes. I was hired to review these areas of the system, propose changes and implement those changes. This first started with the supervising a company stock take, and subsequently implementing warehouse best practice procedures using Produmex Scan. The 2nd stage is implementing best practice procedures in the production teams, with a 3rd stage planned to upgrade SAP from version 9.3 to 10.

SMEPMS have recruited me to assist in a number of projects to scope, implement, train users, test and deploy Produmex WMS to their customers as SMEPMS currently don’t have the in-house ability or experience to do this themselves. Currently I have completed this process with one customer but I am now working on the scoping stages for a further two customers.
Bentley Motors contracted me to audit their logistical, production and marketing processes to identify bottlenecks and poor data quality. After the audit I drafted a planning document that outlined a number of training sessions, report writing and automation routines to alleviate the identified bottlenecks. Finally, I put the plan into action including UAT testing phases and deployment to the live environment.
NextGen360 have had SAP Business One installed for almost 2 years but were not using the Production module, and so they wanted to implement the Production module and improve their stock handling at the same time. The deadline was extremely tight, but I was able to successfully implement the production module, enhance the stock handling processes, install numerous automation and quality of life routines using Boyum Useability Package, mentor several SAP Champions to manage staff wide training and first line support, and improve the QC’s team traceability and stock recall processes
