- Determine loan closing documentation and due diligence requirements based on background provided and research conducted for each deal. Reviewing credit memos, loan documentation and various closing reports. - Act as an escalation point for involved parties to resolve issues and provide training.
- Review Conditions of Approval for all new loans and modifications to existing loans, ensuring all due diligence is met. - Review appraisal and environmental reports, flood certificates, and property condition reports for collateralized loans. - Process commercial and business banking loan fundings, advances, payments, etc. - Coordinate clearance of delinquent documents and other exceptions within appropriate areas.
