Executive assistant to 7 V Level executives. Supporting the head of Global Corporate Strategy, Domestic Corporate Development, & Global Corporate Strategy Research and Insights.
• Recruited, trained, and supported Posse scholars including H.S. seniors to Alumni in college • Conducted rigorous analysis on student engagement training, and achievements • Track Scholars’ academic progress and help develop strategies to meet any potential retention issues • Worked closely with mentors, usually college faculty/staff members to ensure Scholars on campus receive the support they need. • Responsible for interviewing and evaluating files of potential scholars through Dynamic Assessment Process • Responsible for crafting and revising agendas for Pre-Collegiate Training
• Assist with administrative needs within the office of facilities for all student-run organizations campus-wide including scanning, copying, data entry, and other special projects as assigned • Responsible for communicating general facilities inquiries via phone, e-mail and in-person • Collaborate with director to manage the campus facilities budget of $30,000 • Assist with the daily operations in the office of facilities including staff coverage, handling sensitive documents and redirecting student inquiries to other office and department liaisons as necessary
- Developed projects alongside Annual Giving team to help maximize outreach to alumni. - Programmed Excel to organize all previous Alumni in our database alongside annual reunion years. - Organized outreach for each upcoming alumni reunion weekend. - Participated and created agendas for building strategy around campus + alumni engagement
• Assisted with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. • Led store operations during scheduled shift, assign open and closing responsibilities for shift crew, and follow all Starbucks operational policies and procedures including cash management, safety and security protocol • Followed up with all baristas during the shift to ensure the delivery of legendary customer service for all customers • Developed encouraging relationship with shift team by understanding and addressing individual needs and concerns
