I managed several teams of installers to successfully complete $1,000,000+ in monthly revenue of wet space installation. I managed customer satisfaction and quality of installation. My role also improved process and procedures for the company including creating and refining standard operating procedures. I was given specific customer relations training by Kohler. My duties included teaching sales representatives on construction methods to improve their construction knowledge, managing multiple teams to complete bath and shower space remodeling.My role was a primary customer contact to resolve all customer concerns and managed change orders and final payments.
