I am a Reliability Test Engineer at Intuitive, where I wear many hats to design and execute experiments that push the limits of engineering. With a background in manufacturing, mechatronics, and software, I enjoy tackling diverse challenges to catch failures early. My experience spans designing robotic hands, testing transmissions for giant wheel loaders, and even creating an origami accordion worm. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and remain passionate about exploring new innovations in the field.
I learned about the friction disc testing process, assisting with test stand designing, communicating procedures to suppliers through instruction documents, and increased data entry efficiency by developing software.
Designed components and assembly for steering system in SolidWorks, manufactured components using milling and lathing, and tested using Finite Element Analysis for F1 racecar
Creating and simulating trajectories of ABB robot using RobotStudio and RAPID coding, collecting and analyzing force data from load cells, modeling robot environment and custom tools in SolidWorks
