An experienced Organisational and Learning & Development specialist, having worked across small to large scale projects and organisations in the education, utilities and construction/infrastructure sectors. With nearly two decades experience in senior management roles ranging from not-for-profit organisations to complex tier-one constructors, I am passionate about leading teams and developed talent, building and lifting capability levels and creating sustainable behaviour change across across all functions of business. I am currently working at McConnell Dowell and responsible for overseeing all organisational development and capability needs across the Group's four business units.
Develop, deliver and direct simulated learning experiences for the building and construction industry that are realistic, achievable and able to be implemented into any construction site immediately. Our focus is to enhance and further develop leadership, communication skills, Emotional Intelligence capabilities and confidence through real life experiences and interactions that will raise the levels of professionalism within the industry.
Coordinate the development and implementation of best practice business training courses and resources for the building and construction industry. Ensure that conducted programs and projects are compliant with AQTF and ASQA and meet the requirements of relevant industry standards and regulatory bodies.
