I have at times been rated highest of overall Customer Satisfaction as a technician according to Oakwood Nissan's Customer Satisfaction Index. I have also had next to no customer dissatisfaction during my brief time working as a Service Advisor at Oakwood. Since my departure I have gained a third-degree black belt in Bujinkan-style ninjutsu, as well as earning an Award for Academic Achievement in the College of Education through the ITEP program at the University of Saskatchewan in my first year of training. Having traveled to Japan I have witnessed superior customer service routinely from people who take pride in every job they do there, a service model and philosophy I have implemented to great success.
Currently enrolled in the University of Saskatchewan's 4-year ITEP teaching program for Indigenous educators.
Diagnosis and repair of all makes and models of vehicles with a specialization in Nissan- and Infiniti-branded vehicles.
