- Developing aircraft cabins for the group airlines
Acting as project manager for cabin modification projects. Definition of work packages (in the fields of engineering, certification, material supply and logistics), planning of project phases and preparation of milestone plan. Budget planning and controlling as well as monitoring of milestones, deadlines and target achievement (cost and quality). Leadership and supervision of the project team. Management of conflicts and problems (internal / external) during project implementation. Controlling and monitoring of 3rd party suppliers such as monument and seat suppliers involved in the project.
