I am a senior leader in Supply Chain, Warehouse and In-Store Fulfilment Operations, focused on turning complex problems into clear, deliverable outcomes. At Ocado, I work with international partners to improve Supply Chain, CFC and ISF operations using the Ocado Smart Platform. My role covers strategy, replenishment and forecasting, and driving operational improvements across supply chain and operations. I work across Ocado and partner functions to align priorities, improve end to end performance, and ensure structured plans translate into measurable results. A key part of my role is influencing senior stakeholders, using data to shape decisions and driving practical outcomes. Alongside leading delivery across teams, I have developed teams of operational experts into a more structured organisation, focused on diagnosing problems, defining solutions, and leading change.
