I have spent more than 20 years leading and transforming large-scale operations across workforce solutions, outsourcing, logistics, FM and security services, delivering growth, operational excellence and sustainable business performance across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Currently, I lead multiple operating companies with responsibility for annual revenues exceeding AED 600 million and a workforce of more than 6,500 employees across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India. Before entering the private sector, I served for more than 22 years in the British Army, attaining the rank of Warrant Officer.       Responsible for the organisation, administration and execution of training programmes, quality of instruction, maintenance of training records and PSC implementation for in excess of 2800 multinational security operatives, dispersed across various locations and contracts for G4S Secure Solutions Iraq. I was also responsible for the development and implementation of a training regime across the organisation that was clearly defined, robust, procedurally watertight, effectively communicated and recorded. Additional responsibilities included the delivery and supervision of induction training, conducting Training Needs Analysis to ensure the training needs associated with each specific role, are appropriately catered for and all KPI's are met. The completion of training related risk assessments and quality assurance assessments in order to ensure compliance and conformity to the requirements of PSC1:2012, Iraqi Regulations and all other applicable international standards. I developed and led the implementation and promotion of a positive Health & Safety culture conforming to the requirements of the Integrated Management System, whilst also providing advice and guidance to staff regarding the requirements of all extant Risk Control Procedures. I was also responsible to ensure all risk assessments are carried out, documented and reviewed with corrective actions been carried across the organisation. I led the implementation and maintenance of the country EHS register and the undertaking of periodic EHS operational inspections of the workplace, systems of work and procedures. Additional Health & Safety responsibilities include all aspects of fire prevention, fire evacuation plans, fire drills, fire training and ensuring all FFE within the work place is fit for purpose. I assisted in the investigation of accidents/incidents ensuring accurate and detailed reports are disseminated accordingly.

      A risk management consultant providing a secure working environment for Oil & Gas BP subcontractors within Basra southern Iraq, I was employed as a Team Leader on the Chinese Petroleum Engineering Construction Contract (CPECC). I was responsible for the safety and wellbeing of 80 Chinese contractors, whilst deployed on site at Viola Water Treatment Plant and whilst accommodated at Viola Fly Camp. Additional tasks include Commanding the onsite Quick Reaction Force (QRF) and conducting Watch Keeper tasking's in support of the Site Security Manager (SSM).
