Continuous management and monitoring of middle market client portfolio, responsible for annual relationship reviews including in-depth credit analysis with recommendations for loan renewals, modifications and extensions. Underwrite new client lending relationships with companies ranging from $10-500 million in annual revenue, including meeting with prospects to understand business model, evaluate management and complete initial due diligence. Complete full underwriting package including loan structuring, financial covenant formulation, analyzing financial trends, cash flow modeling, projection analysis and stress testing, industry analysis, identification of key risks and mitigates, leverage evaluation, collateral valuation and adequacy and other pertinent metrics. Work directly with outside counsel in drafting, reviewing and approving final loan documentation.
Strategic calling effort on middle market prospect portfolio, including targeted mailings and other periodic touch points to gain access to management and C-level executives. Explored client and prospect short and long term goals and brought in product partners to assist in delivering the firm’s breadth of solutions across international, trade, treasury services, asset management, investment banking and capital markets.
