As a Mathematics and Computer Engineering dual degree scholar, I have always had interest in the field of STEM. I enjoy opportunities that allow me to gain new knowledge that I can incorporate into the workplace. I use my mathematical knowledge and technological experience to effectively solve problems.
• Introduced high school students to STEM disciplines while teaching them tips to exceed in high school and college • Travelled with students to multiple partnering schools with Fort Valley State University • Created educational skit presentation to show the knowledge the students gained in a fun way
• Assisting students in their studies, primarily in mathematics, chemistry, and physics
• Converted two-dimensional geographic data into three-dimensional formats for three-dimensional printing • Coded with JavaScript and used the software, Quantum Geographic Information System (QGIS) to analyze and edit the spatial information • Utilized supercomputers to run and manage conversion scripts • Presented the data recorded at the Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) conference
