Created and maintained a style guide and pattern library that helped scale and speed up the design process for our cross-functional teams. Conducted on-site and remote user interviews in all stages of the design process, from problem/thesis validation to high-fidelity prototype tests. Redesigned the onboarding experience for owners listing their RV in the platform, significantly reducing time-to-completion and boosting overall conversion of the flow. Redesigned the flow for canceling a trip on the platform, providing valuable data and clear repercussions to owners. Decreased cancelations by 19% and increased GMV by 16%.
