Social and fiscal case management duties
On site inspections and collateral visits to Senior and Adult facilities. Determine if applicants will provide a safe and healthful environment for clients. Receive complaints, analyze the complaints, and initiate appropriate action for a violation of regulations. Caseload management responsibilities and provides guidance to the public. Establishes and maintains cross-functional working relationships with other departments such as Department of Justice, County Ombudsman, and Public Health. LPAs determine facility compliance or noncompliance with statutory and administrative law, issue civil penalties, and may be the first to detect and recommend the need for administrative or misdemeanor prosecution. In charge of maintaining and keeping accurate records for each Adult and Senior facility.
Inspect district vehicles and report defects to mechanics. Support mechanics, repair and replace equipment, and assist with construction projects. Maintain work area and fuel and check fluid levels before transit vehicles go into service. Document vehicle service information in database.
