Lead a team of Test and Repair Technicians.
Before opening I prepare the kitchen for the day by prepping food items, turning on the equipment, and deciding the daily special. During operating hours I make food to order, maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and restock items as needed. After closing, I clean the entire kitchen, turn off all the equipment, and leave my communication for the next shift.
I worked various jobs based on where I was placed. I filled orders and labeled them for shipping. I kept an accurate count on orders of 500 items or more. I assisted in the loading of shipping trucks.
I helped to plot out the route to maximize efficiency. I assisted in the movement and placement and sometimes removal of large hot tubs and spas. I assisted in the assembly of saunas.
