February 2026 - reaching almost (few months left) 40 years of professional work, time to decelerate and open new doors... since I started my apprenticeship at Jeppesen&Co.GMBH in Frankfurt Germany, followed by almost 2 decades at The Dow Chemical company, 4 years at ZG Raiffeisen eG and finally almost 15 years at Clariant Intl. AG. Lastly 10 years in our GBS, which I use this chance to THANK all of those in my network I could work with in any role, project or duty. Keep up the spirit, work hard and celebrate hard... August1st, 2023 'til February 2024 - carried successfully the additional 2nd assignment as Head of SSC Poland a.i. heading 300+ employees' team for EMEA & Latam region. Finishing as GPO OtC, MDM in ´26. Global Process Owner (GPO) for our Clariant GBS core OtC Order-to-Cash and MDM domains. Seeking to drive the transformational path for "Customer Excellence" embedded in a renewed Digital - Process - executing eco-system. Completed my StP Source-to-Pay GPO role with built transformation and digital attempt. Added Hire-to-Retire (HtR) as the end-to-end HR process adming for employees during their tenure at Clariant. This spans from their first contact in their career until departure. Global Transition Lead for GBS @ Clariant conducted the transition execution to two SSCs in Poland and India. Building upon Clariant Excellence Lean Service Operations. Significant exposure and contribution to Service Unit and Business Unit's optimization and improvement. Including entire strategy revision and target setting. Supply Chain & Procurement Best Practice design and implementation in global organizations. Transforming supply chain &procurement organizations towards elevated customer focus Establishing value network relationships. Expanding to BPO models and transactional process landscape end-to-end value chain. Managing Director & functional shared services lead for logistics, controlling and M&A in the Energy sector of a larger regional agricultural cooperative. Experience built up from operational Customer Service/Supply Chain execution to leading a Supply Chain departments on global scale. Order Fulfillment implementation and optimization.

"Order-to-Cash" (OtC) at Clariant GBS concerns receiving and fulfilling Clariant´s customer requests for goods or services. The main processes covered in the Order-to-Cash area are Credit Management, Order & Contract, Order Fulfillment, Distribution Network design, Operational Transfer Price Management, Transport Planning, Transport Execution, Customer Invoicing, Accounts Receivables, Cash Collection and Assignment as well as Customer Care topics related to the process such as claim handling. We also include Customs&Foreign Trade here. "Master Data Management" (MDM) at Clariant GBS is the global setting of identifiers and extended attributes in data that describe the core entities of the enterprise including customers, prospects, suppliers, products and materials, packaging, sites, hierarchies, and chart of accounts. Master Data is the single source of standardized and common information that we use globally across the various systems and processes in the whole organization.
Adding on Global Process Owner Hire-to-Retire (HtR) in GBS Moving back from leading SSC India, taking on the Global Process Ownership for Source-to-Pay in close collaboration with our SSCs, GPE Global Process Experts, PEs Process Experts and our Finance, Procurement and Business Units communities, together with the Suppliers and Technology enablers.
As of August 2017, taking on the leadership role for Clariant's GBS Shared Service Center in Mumbai, India. Becoming a member of the GBS global Management Team and India Regional Council. GBS provides end-2-end business services from OtC AR-CM, OM, Import/Export to StP AP & ProcOps, Data-to-Insight, Record-to-Report and regional operational logistics in India. Since November 2018 we have also expanded with our 5th GBS domain HtR (Hire-to-Retire).
