I am a general commercial litigator representing clients in federal and state courts throughout the country. I have experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, professional malpractice, employment disputes, shareholder derivative suits, bankruptcy litigation, partnership disputes, securities litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage disputes, estate disputes, commercial and residential foreclosure actions and a variety of real estate litigation.
