- Financial responsibility for Western Europe and EMEA Headquarters - Act as Business Partner to the regional VP regarding business decisions, identifying risks & opportunities and taking measures to increase growth, profitability and working capital - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of multiple subsidiaries in accordance with US GAAP, company policies and procedures - Forecast management and Budgeting - Lead regional initiatives such as pricing, restructuring, indirect expenses and cost savings - Systematic development of the regional Finance team
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements according to US GAAP as well as annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) - Consolidation of individual financial statements - Controlling analyses for sales, purchasing & costs - Sales tax and income tax - Implementation of the Navision ERP module "Asset Accounting" - Cooperation in vendor due diligence
