My primary role the Kulipulos Lab is to synthesize and purify lipidated peptide agonists/antagonists of the G protein coupled receptors. Primarily working with the PARs, I conduct animal efficacy models for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, Atopic Dermatitis, Kidney Fibrosis, and Myocardial Ischemia. I have utilized and developed pharmokinetic and pharmacodynamic assays for these lipopeptides in mouse models.
