I joined Boston Consulting Group in the Cologne office in September 2006, transferred to the Middle East in 2009, and have been working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2011. Within BCG, I lead the Middle East Public Sector and People & Organization practices. I am also the global lead for transformation in government and public sector work within People & Organization. My project experience covers strategy development, efficiency improvement, HR/organization, service delivery, budgeting, transformation, and large-scale implementation projects across multiple stakeholders. I am a native German speaker but also fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Works with government entities or government-owned companies on some of their most pressing issues regarding strategy, efficiency, productivity, service delivery, organization and HR. Recent project experience includes: - Increase government efficiency and productivity in HR, procurement, IT and asset management - Measure customer satisfaction with government service delivery and identify quick wins to improve service delivery - Develop new government service delivery model for whole-of-government - Develop country-level Strategic Workforce Planning methodology and model - Measure employee engagement level and identify improvement initiatives - Develop unemployment assistance policy - Develop strategy and strategic planning process for Sovereign Wealth Fund - Develop measurement tool to meaure socio-economic impact - Support transition process to new government-wide budget planning and execution system - Develop and implement HR strategy and HR initiatives
