About

I believe creatives should do what they love. The challenge is convincing them that they should—especially in a world where technology advances rapidly, financial resources are scarce, and supportive services for creatives are often lacking. Artists confront immense obstacles that can overshadow their creativity and stifle their potential. As a result, those who create can find themselves struggling to achieve economic stability in their career. As an arts administrator, I am dedicated to creating spaces that connect, empower, and elevate creative professionals. I believe that arts workers deserve communities that champion their work, support their growth, and amplify their voices—particularly those from marginalized communities. My work at The Field is driven by the belief that artists shouldn’t have to choose between creative fulfillment and sustainability; they deserve to thrive. I am committed to challenging systems that hold creatives back, advocating for resources and opportunities that help arts workers navigate the most pressing challenges of their work. My approach is grounded in respect, authenticity, and a staunch belief in the boundless potential of creative expression. I’m always eager to connect with others who share a commitment to advancing the arts and supporting equity in the creative community, so feel free to reach out to discuss collaboration opportunities, industry insights, or simply to connect!
