• To ensure equipment readiness for sales and rental. • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met. • Training new and existing employees; performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
• To ensure equipment readiness for sales and rental. • Manage a group of sales, service and parts personnel. • Implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards for the operation of the program. • To plan job assignments for subordinates, monitor progress and update in system. • To improve the productivity and process flows of current practices and provide recommendations for change (if needed) to Management. • To ensure the works compliance to the rules & regulations of Safety & Health. • Responsible to company profit & loss, cost and expenses, sales and targets and ensure effective resources utilization. • Constantly monitor the parts stock level to reduce equipment downtime. • Work closely with subordinates for jobs completion within deadline. • Monitor preventive maintenance for equipment carried out on time. • Support workers communications with the Management team. • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met. • Training new and existing employees; performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. • Prepare service & repairs quotation to the customer.
• Handle processes, documentations and logistics of import of used equipment from shipper till landed Malaysia. • To ensure equipment readiness for sales and rental. • To achieve company sales targets. • Implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards for the operation of the program. • Responsible to company profit & loss, cost and expenses, sales and targets and ensure effective resources utilization. • To improve the productivity and process flows of current practices and provide recommendations for change (if needed) to Management. • To ensure the works compliance to the rules & regulations of Safety & Health. • Handle customer complaints and submit warranty claim to the principals. • Submit monthly reports to principal such as machines communication in Singapore, departmental cost and expenses, technician productivity reports and etc. • Site visit customer, preparing quotation and to explain the recommendations. • Lead the department in 5S implementations, initiatives and maintenance. • Liaise and negotiate with customers, suppliers and manufacturers on quotation, parts purchase and inventory. • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met. • Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles. • Participate in personnel development at all levels through talent acquisition, performance management, providing opportunity for high performers, education, communication, expectation setting, and self-actualization. • Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
