7 Air Force (7 AF) lead planner for all Korean Theater of Operations (KTO) Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) exercises, ULCHI FREEDOM GUARDIAN and KEY RESOLVE. Lead Air Component Command’s (ACC) Republic of Korea (ROK)/US planning team of 150 synchronizing 8,000+ participants for each exercise. Managed each exercise budget of $4 million.
Led 15 personnel on 24/7 operations directing Secretary of Defense (SECDEF)-mandated Sensitive Recon Ops (SRO) in Korean Air Defense Identification Zone (KADIZ) for 2,500+ annual US/ROK SRO missions. Provided United States Forces Korea (USFK)/Combined Forces Command's (CFC’s)/United States Pacific Command (PACOM) central coordination hub for all aspects of command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C2ISR) in KTO. Focal point for all President of the United States (POTUS)/President of the Republic of Korea (POTROK) movement support within KADIZ.
Led 25 US/ROK Information Ops (IO) division planning, developing and executing of IO (including Electronic Warfare, Operations Security (OPSEC), military deception, computer network ops, psychological ops (PSYOPS/MISO), Special Technical Ops (STO)) in the Korea Theater of Operations.
