I sell new technology into risk-averse industries by understanding why they adopt, and why they don't. My career has moved between engineering, strategy, and enterprise AI sales, but I've always been drawn to the physical world: infrastructure, energy, the built environment. I'm most effective when I'm translating between what technology can do and what operators actually need. At C3 AI, I opened a brand-new territory in state and local government, closing $6.5M+ in 18 months through automating paperwork, enterprise search, and helping assessors value property. At Innosight, I built growth strategies for Fortune 500 industrials in chemicals and defense. I also led internal proposals to bring AI into the firm's client work, which shaped how I evaluate where technology actually creates value. I started my career as a mechanical engineer at Plains All American, where I worked on reducing energy use, generator deployments, and bringing predictive analytics into oil spill prevention. Now focused on bringing AI into the physical world through construction technology, robotics, and autonomy.
Opened a brand-new territory in state and local government across the Northeast with no existing customer base or in-market presence. Closed $6.5M+ in 18 months. Built trust, learned change levers, and translated complex AI applications into plain language for conservative, non-technical buyers.
Developed growth and transformation strategies for Fortune 500 clients. Identified future trends and growth opportunities in unconventional spaces with a focus on defending against disruptive innovation. Created actionable and detailed strategy execution plans to enable clients to realize goals.
Pipeline integrity engineer focused on inspections, risk assessments, and maintenance planning. Introduced improved predictive analytics into the leak prevention program. Selected for a senior leadership-sponsored project on spill reduction that involved cross-functional stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and presenting recommendations to the C-suite.
Managed energy costs across pipeline operations, including generator deployments, fuel consumption, electricity procurement. Found and delivered ~$1.3M in annual cumulative savings over three years.
