Manager within EY's Climate Change and Sustainability (CCaSS) Practice with a focus on advising businesses across a cross-section of industries on Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) and Climate Advisory Services to drive and support best-in-class performance. I am supporting organizations through strategy and advice engagements, including readiness to comply with CSRD, SEC, ISSB, California and other regulatory standards and laws. I have conducted environmental and sustainability risk assessments, addressing financial impacts in areas such as climate, energy, nature, and products. Additionally, I have supported and lead the development of compliance controls and managed audits to review adherence to regulations. As a member of our global practice, I have experience leading teams across different geographies to deliver work products and develop/strengthen competency in our service offerings.

Consulted all business units in the enterprise for consequence modeling and qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
Educated and advised all Operations/Engineering teams in Process Safety, Management of Change, and Information Management practices. Trained/guided approximately 250 engineering and operations personnel.
Provided project execution support for ongoing capital projects and supported Colorado operating teams.
Supported installation of a new Air Separation Unit and reliability programs.
