Graduate of MSc Food Business from University College Cork where I achieved notable honours. I am currently employed as an Assistant Trading Manger in Wine for Musgrave.
Based mainly in the Munster region but also having focus on the national market. My responsibilities are as follows: -Responsible for ledger budgeted Volume (Sales Out) -Grow Bubble Brothers share/sales within the Regional and National markets in Restaurants, Hotels & Wholesalers where applicable -Responsibility for managing the operational relationship with key contacts. -Developing plans which are in line with customer / sector strategy and JBP’s -Responsible for a Trade Investment budget and meeting ROI targets -Implement the joint customer business plan that not only ensures we deliver our key commercial metrics, but at the same time is focused around our retailers and consumers. -Develop and execute effective outlet execution in targeted areas -Delivery of specific brand distribution and Innovation targets across the ledger - Develop and execute targeted sales drives alongside partner wholesale salesforce in line with Bubble Brothers Growth Strategy -Develop a strong network of working relationships across the ledger from HO in the Marina Office and also in the English Market within Cork -Have an ongoing robust contact strategy plan across National and Regional customers for all key contacts -Support monitoring and execution of retention strategy for Bubble Brother brands within customer outlets
As a Front Office Agent I was responsible for providing a single point of contact between the portfolio of ABI Platinum customers for weekend order and supply management and the ABI organization for the resolution of inquiries relating to customer’s orders, supply of stock and collaborative planning requests. I worked in the On Trade team with their requirements. I supported ABI products in large accounts siuch as LWC Drinks, Fullers, Marstons, McMullens, & Tradeteam among other accounts. The position also required proactive and re-active acting upon on issues related to customer service related to point of sale materials among other issues, in order to increase internal and external customer satisfaction and continuously strives to improve the quality of service provided to customers here at Anheuser-Busch InBev.
The Kingsley is a luxurious four star hotel in Cork city. The Kingsley prides itself of upholding a high standard of service in all areas of the hotel while surrounded by a stylish and modern surrounding. Worked on an unpaid internship basis. My role in The Kingsley is to develop new and existing business opportunities for mainly The Spa and Health Club at The Kingsley, to assist with increasing market share and achieving budget targets while also providing assistance to the events coordinator and sales manager with the care of clients coming into the hotel. Clients ranging from booking guests to corporate businesses conducting AGM's, interviews and so on.. I am also responsible for the social media marketing on multiple platforms, and this is giving me influential power over the interaction with the wider public on behalf of The Kingsley. Personally I have overseen the development and implementation of certain project such as a Google Virtual Tour of The Kingsley, and currently in the process of developing a wedding showcase which shall host a wide range of different store and styles from all around the Cork area. I am still learning more and becoming involved with more tasks on a daily basis and will allow me to become a more experienced Events and Marketing marketeer.
