Kit is a bootstrapped email marketing and creator monetization platform that grew from $38M to $51M+ ARR during my tenure. I led the direct sales and migrations function within a hybrid PLG + sales model, owning new ARR performance, upmarket expansion, and AI-enabled GTM transformation. Served as GTM stakeholder for Kit's Applied AI Initiative to identify, prioritize, and deploy AI-powered workflows across the sales and migration organization. - Managed 6 direct reports (2 AEs, 2 Implementation leads, 2 Business Development) with oversight of 9 contractors - Built outbound motion from the ground up; outbound became the highest-ASP pipeline source - Designed quota structures, compensation plans, forecasting cadence, and formal sales process from scratch - Negotiated bespoke commercial agreements with high-profile creators including Tom Brady, Matthew McConaughey, Morgan Freeman, Deepak Chopra, and Will Guidara
