Project Management – Core Model E-commerce for Bioderma (Adobe Commerce Magento 2 + AEM) • Led the BUILD phase of the Core Model E-commerce for Naos subsidiaries, in collaboration with a Product Owner. • BUILD & RUN: development coordination, UST writing, project workshops, and tracking of evolutions. • Implemented Kubernetes hosting to ensure scalability and resilience. • System integration: ERP, CRM, and third-party solutions. • Cross-functional collaboration: interface between IT teams, agencies, and business teams. • International deployment: first launch on www.bioderma.us, with the model ready for further subsidiaries.
