Accountable for managing the implementation and deployment of MES and LIMS projects in the group companies. Also responsible for opening up and maintaining effective channels of communication with stakeholders, project teams and MES and LIMS users throughout the projects. • Manage and lead all project phases from project definitions and kick-off meetings, assessment of initial situation, risk definition, budget, team and planning set-up, realization, engineering and commissioning, validation phases, acceptance tests, after action review and knowledge transfer. • Coordinate the involvement of different departments (e.g. production and process, quality and laboratory, environment) and MES teams (internal resources and 3rd party contractors). • Prepare detailed and summarized progress reports as well as status reports for use in communication to stakeholders and provide regular follow up updates to the project steering committee and to all involved teams from local site management to regional and corporate functions. • Collect, translate and document business requirement into functional specifications for system developers, perform acceptance and functionality tests (FAT, SAT, PCT) to new system versions and updated system installations. • Maintain and further develop corporate MES and LIMS application standards, guidelines, training modules and documentation supports. • Promote and lead MES and LIMS experience sharing among the group companies (Collaborative tools, workshops, training sessions). • Lead interdisciplinary and cross functions projects (central and remote laboratories, environmental monitoring, corporate MES system for plant performances analyse). • Define and support implementation of interfaces to special and specific instruments and laboratory equipment, to process control systems, to ERP and to multiple applications for data processing and analysis.

In charge of budget and timeline, project progress, change requests, acceptance tests, documentation, training. • Engineering, coaching and on-site commissioning. Interfaces development with automation systems (OPC DA, HDA, A&E) and with laboratory equipment. • Experience in multiple industries (cement, mining, pelletizing, and olive oil). • Technical expertise and performance improvement. • Support the sales and product management team with delivery of product demos and presentations, as well as define and validate technical solutions. • Service and customer oriented, Picket (24/7).
• Engineering and commissioning of ABB automation and process control systems (800xA, Advant, Master). • In charge of functional description, specifications and solution design. • Development of interfaces with third-party systems. • Perform system Acceptance Tests. • Covers fields in relation with automation, instrumentation, control loops and interlocks, sub control systems, alarm management, human-machine interfaces, supervision. • Coaching and training of plant engineers and operators. • Project management and commissioning for multiple industries (pulp and paper industry, gas turbine cogeneration, purification system).
