Managed a team of 60 people from Planning, New Product Introduction to Materials flow (import, export, warehousing, customer service and logistic) distributing baby food products in Asia and AfME.
Responsible of Demand & Supply Planning (Forecasting, Production planning, Distribution planning, Intermarket Supply and Subcontracting) for 9 categories (Food & Beverage). Overlooking a network of 5 plants in Italy, more than 40 import and 10 export links. The team was made up by 50 people looking at maximizing the service level to our customers/ consumers at the best possible costs and quality.
Led international End to End projects in: France, Poland, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Mexico, Thailand, Malaysia, New Zealand Scope: Value Stream Mapping, Distribution, Logistic, Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP design and implementation, Customer Service, Inventory management, Procurement, Event Management, Product Launches, Portfolio Optimization. Main results: Increase of Customer Service by avg.3-5%; Decrease of working capital (avg. 20-30%); Waste reduction (e.g. bad goods) & Cost efficiency (e.g. reduce distribution costs)
