Over 15 years’ experience in corporate and leverage finance. Since September 2010, I am Director in the High Yield DCM Origination team of Natixis. Previously i spent more than 10 years in Corporate Finance (LBO) in France and Italy. I have gained a wide range of experience both working across a number of sectors of activity in France, the USA and Southern Europe and different types of projects such as LBO, PtoP, acquisition financing, recapitalization and restructuring processes. Mainly based in Paris, i also spent more than 4 years in Italy to start and develop our leverage franchise.
