Europe System Manager responsible & accountable for delivering the Pavilion PC for European market on committed schedule, specification & cost. Drive across the division & the region the definition, design, implementation of the regional roadmap. Manage (indirectly) a cross-functional & multi-cultural team of 20+. ODM Program Manager, drive, implement & execute the ODM & manufacturing strategy for Pavilion in Europe. Manage the selection, develop the relationship & set-up the basic processes between HP & the ODM. Successfully launched 2 new ODM’s for Pavilion.
