Analyse assets, footprint, technology and customer needs to establish an effective manufacturing road map globally (49 sites mostly in Europe and the Americas) Identify potential value creation opportunities in the global footprint through consolidation and new technology adoption Define optimal CAPEX allocation (approx. $100M annually) striking the right balance between "stay in business" and "growth" spending Lead the PMO team that is responsible for leading major cross-BU projects, plant consolidations, technology roll-outs, growth investments, etc. Lead Global Supply Chain Excellence team responsible for best-practice identification, roll-out of cost-saving initiatives and system harmonization (including implementation of new IBP tool).
Responsible for 10 manufacturing sites in The Netherlands, France and Italy producing cans and ends for the Food business unit. Responsible for the forecasting and replenishment teams in the Benelux. Brands in the portfolio include Côte d'Or, Lu, Liga, Philadelphia and Stimorol. Yearly volume planned of roughly 90,000 tons.
Responsible for the demand planning (forecasting) and replenishment planning teams for all brands of the Facom Group in Europe (Facom, USAG, Virax, Britool, Bost, Pastorino and Tona). The Facom Group is part of the industrial tools segment of The Stanley Works (NYSE: SWK) and has an annual turnover of $650 M.
