My team also drives DataCenter operations to achieve optimization at the global IS portfolio level and deliver robust end to end raised floor operations and DataCenter infrastructure management with Physical Security - Resiliency that serves as the foundation for identifying controls to manage systems and information assets at IBM data centers. My Missions and Scope In charge to develop partnership and deliver the technology and solutions to drive Standardization to offering and profitable led model : Build high value offerings with standard SW, migrate SW spend to IBM where we have competitive offerings. Provide efficient & quality HW & maintenance for new & existing business, partnering with preferred vendors at industry leading rates or moving work to TSS; execute demand reduction programs. Build a future-proof DC blueprint in hybrid-cloud-based environment; consolidate DCs at unprecedented rate, build unified cloud infrastructure Aggressively automate and repatriate vended spend, to CICs using GTS Next Redeployments and targeted hiring. Based on GTS labor strategy deploy external vendors in clearly defined areas using best-in-class price points Leverage new technologies (e.g. circuit, SDWAN, Net. Mgmt, HW) to be come more independent of current suppliers. Optimize economics of existing partnerships across Geos.
