Temporary mission - Lead the Group "Quality & Nuclear Safety" within the context of the Integrated Management System roll-out (BA Nuclear) until its ISO 19443 certification.
Development of the PSO team and activities for LTO Tihange 1 Program (Long Term Operation): scheduling, document management, risk management, budget control, secretariat... KPI and reporting. Drafting of the Specific Program Quality Plan.
2012 : as deputy Business Control Leader, contribution to the revisions of the 2012 budget and leadership on 2013 budget preparation for the Nuclear Entity. Business control and reporting to the Nuclear Management Committee (Business Booked, Productive activities, SG&A (internal activities), invoicing, payment, workload) and leadership on ongoing quarterly projects review process. 2010-2012: as Head of Project Support - Set up of a schedule team for Nuclear Entity with adapted referential, tools and reporting according to Earn Value Method. Development of the Project Schedule team competence (up to 6 professional schedulers) acting for all Nuclear Entity Projects and tenders Portfolio. The mission of the project support office also covers the centralization of forecast workload, the following of the contractual deliverables and of all Contractors’ terms of payment for ongoing project. - As Project Management AQ-Process Owner for Nuclear Entity: revision of the related procedures starting from the REX of ongoing projects. Leader of a specific task force aiming at improving the support services to the project leaders (process analyses, propositions to management, change management actions to implement decisions). - As Document Management AQ-Process Owner for Nuclear Entity: revision of the related procedures starting from the REX of ongoing projects. Active contribution to the selection of the new EDMS for all Tractebel Engineering Entities.

2005-2006 : - Development of activities in the industrial sector leading to success projects such as Maintenance Plans for Carinox (Arcelor/FGTI) and for IT center of Fortis, Vulnerability studies of boilers for Total Petrochemicals, ... - Definition of service packages for EBL/TE partnership. Implementation of the partnership leading to structured collaboration with EBL in projects like replacement of condensor internals of Vilvoorde. - Development of maintenance vision for Tihange NPP regarding preventive maintenance plans. 2003-2004: Partnership development with Assetsman. New Market approach based on Asset Management (workshops for industrials), common strategy development with Fabricom GTI in Maintenance, diversification in CMMS by partnerships (with Euro View Services and Datastream) 2002: Net profitability reached for maintenance consulting activities / client portfolio diversification. 2001: Knowledge Based Maintenance - Commercial effort for KBM to industrial prospects : Facts & Figures Sheet redaction / Paper redaction and presentation for Powergen Europe 2001 / Prospecting /Tenders redaction and follow up - Product development in maintenance management activities - partnership with extern consultant firm : Research of potential consultant firms and selection / Know how transfer and partnership contract / Engagement
