This Job Function has unique skills focused on execution planning, design/engineering management, construction management, contracting/subcontracting, quality management, and cost/schedule stewardship to support and achieve stated project objectives.

Manages Maintenance First Line Supervisors to efficiently deliver safe, reliable and profitable operations.
The Process Support Leader is responsible for leading the Improve and Administrative functions associated with the Process Division at a manufacturing site. Helping the Business Teams to achieve production and reliability objectives while meeting the company's safety, health, and environmental (SSHE) requirements. This is an integrating role that works across the various Business Teams.
