As a Managing Director and Operating Partner, I actively support companies across various industries in their ongoing development, with a particular emphasis on close collaboration with management teams. In doing so, I frequently assume an active, hands-on leadership role myself, prioritizing clear corporate leadership, strategic focus, and sustainable transformation through digitalization. Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experiences in different sectors – ranging from the automotive industry, B2B trade, and German SME manufacturing to the financial services industry, media sector, and offshore renewable energy infrastructure services. Not everything always went perfectly, but the combination of successful transformations paired with many learnings has significantly shaped and advanced me. These experiences now enable me to better assess situations and support companies even more effectively. This diverse background allows me today to rapidly understand complex markets and organizational structures, identify potential, and not only develop suitable strategies but also actively and sustainably implement them. The German Mittelstand (SMEs) is particularly important to me. I firmly believe that making SMEs future-ready is crucial to sustainably securing Europe's competitiveness. A strong Mittelstand ensures stability, innovation, and long-term success – essential for society as a whole. For me, digitalization is much more than just a trend. It is a central lever to make processes more efficient, teams more productive, and business models robust and future-proof.
