I am a German and English bilingual 20+ years experienced incisive, meticulous and highly self-motivated Senior Planner, with experience in scheduling and planning since 2000 on Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) type projects, with vast analytical skills and a fine eye for detail into complex and technical mission critical projects. I am able to develop and deliver fully resource and cost loaded project programmes using industry software (Primavera P6 and Asta Power Project) to achieve strategic, process, operational and business goals for multinational companies delivering data centres, power plants, and rail infrastructure projects. I have been contracting for Maitland QS, Systech International, Sine QN and EMICO as Senior Project Planner and was responsible for development and maintenance of schedules from initial set-up of contract programmes throughout all project phases till completion, management of shareholder interfaces and creating programme control measures such as Critical Path Management using procedural skills including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Work Packages (WP), Critical Path (CP), Earned Value Management (EVM). I have also experience in forensic planning using Window and Delay Analysis in NEC 3 contracts.
