As the President of Daifuku Intralogistics America, I lead a team of 700+ associates across North America, providing innovative and customized warehouse and industrial automation solutions to a diverse range of clients. With over 25 years of experience in the B2B automation and software industry, I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality and timely project executions, developing new business opportunities, and improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. My passion for leadership and customer problem solving drives me to create a strategic vision and direction for Daifuku, while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture among our teams. I have a multicultural and international background, having worked and studied in Europe, Asia and the US. I hold a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from the Imperial College London, with a minor in business studies. I am proud to be part of Daifuku, a global leader in warehouse automation and material handling systems.
Development of the North American organization from an initial single digit team to a fully fledged system integration organization with 650+ employees: sales & marketing, solution development, project management, detailed and controls engineering, WMS/WCS software development, installation, after-sales service and finance. The North American team pioneered the Resident Maintenance support concept for large scale client sites. Creating an overall process and software focused team while building an industry leading WCS/WMS software development and execution group of 150+.
