Currently I am at Hewlett Packard leading the Professional Services Business within HP Software in Austria and Switzerland and with my 30 direct Reports I am responsible for a revenue of 12 Mio USD p.a. With my team, I am responsible for the scoping, implementation and integration of comprehensive solutions based on the HP Software Product family, which reaches from „Service Management“, over „Project and Portfolio Management“ to „Application Lifecycle Management“ as well as „Security Management“. Key to success is the understanding of the challenging customer requirements, map those requirements with my team consisting of Solution Architects, Project Managers, Process Consultants and Technical Consultants to the HP Solution Portfolio and deliver the solution after order intake. Before leading Professional Services in Austria and Switzerland, I was responsible for „Application Lifecycle Management“ and „Project and Portfolio Management“ on EMEA Level. I started my management career within HP Austria being responsible for the “ITSM – IT Service Management” Business. Before taking over my management and leadership roles, I gained comprehensive experience as „Deal Captain“ in the development of proposals and as Project Manager (PMP) in the delivery of large projects. As Process Consultant (CISA; Certified Process Manager) I consulted customers all over the different industries. Before joining HP in 2000 I was working as Senior Consultant and Manager for Accenture and Cap Gemini Consulting in national and international Projects.
