- Lead of an innovative programm for development and industrialisation of next generation eAxle Drives 400 V & 800 V technology (eMotor + Gearbox + Powerelectronics) - Group-lead of several project-managers for different variants within the programm - P&L responsibility for a 10-digit business case including 8-digit development budget
- Coordination of work between the areas controling, purchasing, sales, R&D and manufacturing with the aim to develop pure electric drivetrains - Responsible for reaching the project-targets within planned budget, time and quality - communication-interface to the customer
- Development of a functional test bench for radio and navigation systems - Automation of the test bench using a roboter with 6 degrees of freedom and a visual system - Development and implementing of a user-friendly, well-designed and easy to use test-software. By using the software the robot can be controled and programmed, the automated testing is carried out and the results are processed.
- Assistent to the head of Technical Project Leading Department - Organisation and support of high level meetings - Project: Preparation and implementation of a new high level meeting, that will support the whole product-development of future cars developed from VW de México. The goal of this meeting is to improve the comunication between the diferent areas, to guarantee timeliness of all project´s steakholders and to ensure a sucessful product-development
