Christoph Hermann is Senior Vice President & the Global Head of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery. He is a high performing technology business leader who plays a key role in driving the digital transformation of SAP´s customers into an intelligent enterprise using the private cloud. His team is part of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services which is one of the fastest growing SAP cloud businesses. Christoph has been responsible for building and managing the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud team since its “launch” in 2014 to deliver SAP’s private managed cloud offering. Under his leadership, the team transformed SAP’s private managed cloud into a fast lane for business transformation for SAP customers and set new records for operational excellence. As a result, his team became a key contributor for delivering RISE with SAP, SAP’s new business-as-a-transformation offering. As part of his role, Christoph is managing the relationships with SAP´s key strategic partners, resellers, and market-leading customers across the globe. To deliver on the team’s strong commitment to customer satisfaction, Christoph focuses on improving the delivery and operational quality for SAP customers. This also includes optimizing costs and achieving high profitability, fostering a growth mindset and inclusive work culture. Throughout his 20+ years at SAP, Christoph has served in global executive roles across business units, including Head of Demo Cloud Infrastructure and Vice President of Application Operation. Before rejoining SAP in 2013/2014, Christoph was Vice President for SAP Technology Services at T-Systems International and was responsible for the operations of the T-Systems external SAP hosting business. Christoph holds a Master of Computer Science degree from the University of Karlsruhe in Germany.
