35 years of experience in the steel industry. Over the past 15 years I have mainly worked with stainless steels for various applications. (seamless rolled rings & forgings and discs) I owned a sound knowledge in all aspects of order processing. Project management especially- planning scheduling budget planning technical optimization calculation operational processing of all disturbances are my favorite areas of responsibility. I am assertive and very resilient in difficult situations. Communication across all borders, even in difficult technical situations are not a problem but a challenge for me ..... For me there are no cultural boundaries .... Projects make it particularly much joy when many people around the world be able to participate.I imagine at any time like a new idea and have great pleasure to work on solving problems. The foundation of my success as a leader is in my special education, my experience and my curiosity ... In my free time, I like to run Marathon and i love skiing.
