Operational reviews of our building and infrastructure projects > 40m € at least once per year, to ensure that the projects are being executed financially successful, on a solid contractual basis, on program, technically sound, safely and in accordance with company targets and good industry practice. Advise the project team and define measures, if and where required.
Project Director for PORR - Six Construct JV at the Deep Tunnel Storm Water System – Main Tunnel (DS 233-02) Project. Design and Construction of a 10.4km, 10m diameter tunnel, executed by two TBM’s with precast concrete segmental lining, various deep shafts down to 45m, 24m dia. Coordination of start-up activities in Saudi Arabia incl. e.g. business planning, company registration, identification of target projects and clients, coordination of PQ’s, legal matters or internal approvals. Tender Manager for the King Khaled Int. Airport, Riyadh (tender & start-up after successful acquisition).
