My Corporate/M&A practice centers on three corre areas: (1) real estate transactions, (2) infrastructure investments and (3) venture capital. In the field of real estate, I advise on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and residential real estate portfolios as well as on project developments. I regularly adivse institutional investors, asset managers and developers on complex, cross-border deal structures. My infrastructure practice focuses on investments in critical infrastructure assets, including renewable energy projects. I guide investors and project companies through all stages of the transaction process, from structuring and due diligence through signing and closing. In the venture capital space, I advise VC investors on financing rounds, growth equity investments and related corporate governance matters. Across all three practice areas, I draw on more than 14 years of experience in structuring and executing complex, international M&A transactions. In addition I advise insurers on the underwriting of M&A and represent companies and their governing bodies in corporate disputes.
